A True Taste of Somerset

The fertile soil of historic Hadspen produces the finest foods for the table, from crisp vegetables to British White beef. Expertly tended by a passionate team of growers, makers, farmers, butchers and bakers working in harmony with the land and livestock, our food is an experience to be shared.

This festive season, menus are filled with comforting, nostalgic flavours that pervade the season, with a Newt twist.
